Moonpay offers a highly secure and trusted third-party payment service that lets you purchase crypto using fiat currencies on the ixfi platform. Crypto can be purchased with a credit card/debit card or bank transfer.

Buying crypto through Moonpay involves a few stages, such as email verification, billing address, and verifying your identity with Sumsub (First Transaction).

Steps to BUY Operation

1. Select the Crypto to purchase and then choose the Currency from the dropdown menu in the field.

2. Default You Pay orders will be displayed based on the currency selection.

3. Choose the partner Moonpay.
   
   

   After selecting the crypto and currency fields, the relevant partner options will be displayed.

   
   

4. Click the Buy now button. 
   
   
   

5. Check the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy check boxes.
6. Click the Continue button.
   
   

Card Payment Process

1. Check the pre-filled email address from personal details and click on the Continue button.
   
2. Email Address Verification
   1. An email with the One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the stated email address. 

   2. Check the box to agree to Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

   3. Check the box to receive updated news and offers from Moonpay.

   4. Click on the Continue button.
      
      

3. Choose the payment option as Bank Card on the Add the Payment Method page.
4. Enter the basic details such as First name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Nationality.
5. Click on the Continue button.
   
   
   
6. Enter the billing address such as Address, Address 2 (Optional), City, ZIP Code, and Country.
7. Click on the Continue button.
   
   
   
8. Enter your Card Number, Expiry date, and Card security code on the Enter card details page.
   
   
   
9. For the first-time transaction, Moonpay will request you to complete Identity Verification.
10. After successful identity verification choose an option below and click the Continue button.
    
    
    
11. Check your card detail, wallet address and summary .
12. Read the Terms of use and check the box

13.  Click on the Pay button.
    
    
    

14. Click on Confirm order button.
    
    
    

15. After a successful transaction, your crypto purchase payment will be completed and your crypto will be deposited into your wallet address. 
    
    
16. Click on the Return to IXFI button to get details of the buy crypto transaction.
    
    

    It is an instant KYC process that allows the user to purchase the cryptos.  Payment options will be displayed based on the selected country. In order to purchase crypto from Moonpay, the user needs to complete the KYC steps with an identity card followed by a selfie.
