Localramp has two types of verification we support for Nigerian users such as Verify with BVN and Provide government issued ID. Successfully complete the chosen local ramp verification process to initiate your cryptocurrency purchase.

Know Your Customer Process (Provide government-issued ID)

1. Click on the Provide government-issued ID to start the verification process.
2. On Government issued ID page, either you can continue on your current device (Web) or on your Mobile device.
   
   
3. On Web 
   1. Click on the Request Camera Access button
   2. Click Allow button to allow the smile identity to capture your selfie and the government issued ID.
      
      
   3. Put your face inside the oval frame and click on the Take Selfie button.
   4. Review your selfie for face clearance, click on the Yes, use this one button to proceed with the same selfie.
      
      
   5. Capture the image of the front side of your government-issued ID, and click on the Tick icon.
      
      
   6. Capture the image of the back side of your government-issued ID, and click on the Tick icon.
      
      
   7. When you successfully completed the verification process and verified, you are able to purchase unlimited transactions.
      
      
      
4. On Phone 
   1. You can scan QR Code on your phone to start the verification process
      
      
   2. Click on the Chrome QR code option 
   3. Click on the Request Camera Access button
   4. Click Allow button to allow the smile identity to capture your selfie and the government-issued ID.
      
      
   5. Put your face inside the oval frame and click on the Take Selfie button.
   6. Review your selfie for face clearance, click on the Yes, use this one button to proceed with the same selfie.
      
      
   7. Capture the image of the front side of your government-issued ID, and click on the Tick icon.
      
      
   8. Capture the image of the back side of your government-issued ID, and click on the Tick icon.
      
      
   9. When you successfully completed the verification process and verified, you are able to purchase unlimited transactions.
      

      The Verification process can be completed either by Web or Phone.
