With Simplex, you can purchase crypto using fiat currencies on the IXFI platform using highly secure and trusted third-party payment services. You will be able to purchase crypto either through a credit card/debit card or a global bank transfer (SEPA and SWIFT).

Steps to Buy operation

1. Select the crypto to purchase and then choose the currency from the dropdown menu in the field.

2. Default You Pay order will be displayed based upon currency selection.

3. Choose the partner Simplex.

   After selecting the crypto and currency fields, the relevant partner options will be displayed.

4. Click the Buy now button. 
   
   

Payment and verification must be completed in simplex to process a successful transaction using IXFI platform. 

Credit/Debit card Payment Process

1. Check the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy check boxes.
2. Click the Continue button.
3. Check the Order Summary and then choose the payment options Credit/Debit card.
4. Check the box to save the card details for future purposes.
5. Read the IXFI Terms of Service and check the box (if you agree). 
6.  Check the box to receive occasional email offers.
7. Click the Next button.
8. It will display the Order Summary.
9.  Enter the billing address, City, Zip code, and Country/Territory in the Card details field.
10. Your Email Address and Phone Number are prefilled from your IXFI account.
11. Enter the Date of birth and then click the PAY NOW button.
12. Select currency and click the Continue button.
    
    

Verification Process

1. Choose any one of the documents in the dropdown menu such as Passport, Identity Card, or Driver's license.
2. Upload the document based upon the selection.
3. Enter the Document expiry date in the Identity document details
4. Click the Upload Document button.
5. Enter the One-Time Password from your bank registered phone number.
6. Click the Submit button.
7. Your payment request has been approved successfully.
   
   
   

   The front side of the passport is required  The front and backside of the Identity card are required. The front and backside of the Driver's license are required.

   
   
   
8. After a successful payment, check the status of the transaction in History ----> Buycrypto history.
