How to reset your IXFI PIN?

  1. Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.

  2. Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of IXFI's homepage.

  3. Click on the Account icon. 

  1. Choose Security Center and click on the IXFI PIN option.



    • IXFI users can activate verification methods: Email Authentication, SMS Authentication, and an Authenticator app (such as a Google or Microsoft authentication app).

 

  1. Click on the Forgot IXFI PIN button.

  2. Enter your New IXFI PIN, Confirm your IXFI PIN, and then click on the Forgot IXFI PIN button.



    Guidelines for a secure PIN 

    • Avoid sequences or repetitive numbers, e.g., 123456
    • Avoid repeated sets of numbers, e.g., 111111

 

  1. To complete the forgot IXFI PIN, enter the One-Time Password (OTP) of the verification method you enabled.

  2. If you enabled all the verification methods 
    1. Enter the Email Verification Code 
    2. Enter the Phone Verification Code
    3. Enter the Authenticator App Code with Login Password field.
  3. Click on the Next button.


  4. You will receive a pop-up notification confirming that you have successfully changed your IXFI PIN on your IXFI trading account.

  • The user may experience a delay in receiving the OTP due to their telecommunication service provider.

  • After changing your IXFI PIN, the system will log you out of your IXFI trading account and need you to login with your new IXFI PIN.
