How to create an Anti-Phishing Code?

 

  1. Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.

  2. Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of the IXFI's homepage. 

  1. Click on the Account icon  .  


    1. Choose Account Security and then click on the Create Anti-Phishing Code button of the Anti-Phishing Code section.   

    2.  Enter your New Anti-Phishing Code.
    3. Click the Create button to set the Anti-Phishing Code. 

      Guideline for Anti-phishing code

      • Choose 4-20 non-special characters.
    4. Verify your IXFI PIN by default and click on the Next button or 



    5. Verify your IXFI registered Email by entering the One Time Password (OTP) that you have received by email.
    6. Verify your IXFI registered Phone Number by entering the One Time Password (OTP) that you have received on your Phone.
    7. Verify your Authenticator App One-Time Password (OTP) linked to your IXFI account by entering it from either Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. 
    8. You have successfully set up your Anti-Phishing Code for your IXFI account to avoid any phishing attempts. 

  • The user may experience a delay in receiving the OTP due to their telecommunication service provider.
