How to remove Two-Factor Authentication?

1. Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.

2. Click the Login/Register button in the upper right-hand corner of the ixfi's homepage.
   
   
   

3. Enter your registered Email Address or Phone Number and the associated Password on the login page.
4. Click the Login button.
5. Complete the puzzle displayed as a security measure (to prove that you are not a robot).
   
   
   
6. Click on the Two-Factor Verification on the Security Verification. 
7. Choose the Login with backup codes button.
8. Click the Request Remove 2FA button.
9. To confirm the Request Remove 2FA, click on the Yes button, and then click on the Ok button.
10. The 2FA reset link will be sent to the entered  Email Address. 
11. Click on the Reset 2FA button in your email to remove 2FA.
    
    
    
12. Enter your registered Email Address or Phone Number and the associated Password.
13. Complete the puzzle displayed as a security measure (to prove that you are not a robot).
14. Click the Login button.
    
    
    
15. Click on the Send Code on the  SMS Authentication page.
16. Enter the SMS Authentication One Time Password (OTP) from your registered phone number.
    

    The user may experience a delay in receiving the OTP due to their telecommunication service provider. It will prompt you for SMS Authentication if you enable it.

    
    
17. Click the Login button and then click on the Done button.
18. You have successfully disabled the Two-Factor Authentication on your ixfi account, anytime you can enable it to secure your trading.
