How to Generate a new backup code?

A backup code is the list of an alpha-numeric code, you can access your ixfi account if you lose your two-factor authentication code.

You can download your backup code by clicking the Download here button or by copying it. If you lose the backup code, you can generate it again by clicking Generate new backup code. A backup code can be generated every 5 minutes gap.

1. Click on the Generate new backup code button.
2. To Confirm click on the Yes button.
