How to complete the KYC process?

Know Your Customer (KYC) is the procedure of validating a customer's identity through nationally recognized identity cards or passports. IXFI requires you to undergo two KYC processes: Wallet KYC and Profile KYC.

Upon successful completion of both KYC's, you gain access to a range of IXFI features, including wallet activities such as deposit and withdrawal, as well as the ability to engage in cryptocurrency purchases and more.

Steps to KYC Identification

1. Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.

2. Click the Login/Register button in the upper right-hand corner of ixfi's homepage.
   
   

   
   

3. Click on your Account icon
    

Wallet KYC Process 

1. Choose the Profile option and click on the KYC Information button.
2. Click on the Begin KYC Verification button of the Wallet KYC section.
   
   
   
3. Select your Country of Residence and click on the Continue button to start the KYC process.
4. Fill in the Personal Information such as Legal Name (First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name) and date of Birth.
5. Click on the Continue button.
   
   
   
6. To complete the Identity Verification, you have to submit the document, and liveness check.
7. Click on the Continue button.
8. On the Let's get you verified page choose the I'm a resident or Live in option and click on the AGREE AND CONTINUE button.
   
   
   
9. Choose ID Verification and click the Next button or click on Continue on Phone.
10. On the Identity Document page, you can choose any one method to start the KYC process
    1. Choose your type of document for the submission.
       
       

       You can continue on the same device (Web) or choose the Continue on Phone option. For the Continue on the Phone option You can scan the QR code on your phone or You can enter your registered phone number and you will receive a KYC  verification URL to your phone. Be prepared to take a selfie and photo of a government-issued document.  Accepted Documents: ID card, passport, Residence Permit, and Driver’s license. The front side of the passport is required. The front and back sides of the Identity card, Residence Permit, and Driver's license are required.

       
       
    2. You can continue on the same device (Web) or choose the continue on Phone option. 
    3. And you can choose to capture the document Take a photo of a front side of your document or Upload manually option.
       
       
       
11. For instance, you choose to continue on the web and Upload manually option.
12. Click on the Upload document option to upload the selected document and click on the Next button.
    
    
    
13. Click the I'm Ready button on the Selfie page.
    
    
    
14. Your verification data has been successfully submitted, click the Next button and then click on the OK button which redirects you to the Status page of the KYC information.
15. You can check the KYC Status.
16. After your verification is accepted, your IXFI account wallet has been generated.
    
    
    

Profile KYC Process

1. Choose the Profile option and click on the KYC Information button.
2. Click on the Begin KYC Verification button of the Profile KYC section.
   
   
   
3. Choose ID Verification and click the Continue on Web button or scan the QR Code to access the KYC process on the APP.
4. On the Let’s Get You Verified page, you can choose any one method to start the KYC process
   1. You can scan the QR code on your phone 
   2. You can enter your registered phone number and you will receive a secure verification of your phone
   3. Click the Continue with your current device option to continue on the web.
5. Click the START SESSION button.
   
   

   Be prepared to take a selfie and photo of a government-issued document.  Accepted Documents: ID card, passport, and Driver’s license. The front side of the passport is required. The front and back sides of the Identity card are required. The front and back sides of the Driver's license are required.

   
   
6. Click the Allow button to use your device camera.
   
   
   
7. Click the TAKE PHOTO button to take a photo of your document on the photo page's front and back sides.
   
   
   
8. Click the TAKE PHOTO button on the Take a selfie page.
9. Your verification data has been successfully submitted and click the CONTINUE button which redirects you to the ID Verification page.
   
   
   
10. You can check the KYC status.
11. Upon successful completion, use your ixfi account for wallet withdrawal and trading.
