How to reset ‘Forgot Password’ with an Email Address?

Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.
Click the Login button on the upper right-hand corner of IXFI's homepage.
The Email Address tab is the default setting on IXFI's login page.
Click the Forgot Password
1. Enter your registered Email Address or
2. If you remember your password, clicking on Login will redirect you to the login page or
3. If you click the SMS verification link, a link will be sent to your phone number. You can reset your password by clicking the link you receive via text message.
Enter your registered Email Address.
Click on the Submit button. The password reset link will be sent to the entered Email Address.
Click on the Reset Password button in your email to change the password.
Enter a New Password, Confirm Password, and then click on the Update button on the reset password page.
IXFI PIN is mandatory to complete your forgot password process, enter the IXFI PIN and click the Next button.
You have successfully updated the password for your IXFI account.
After updating the password to your IXFI account, login again with your new password on www.ixfi.com.

The user may experience a delay in receiving the OTP due to their telecommunication service provider.
