How to complete your Address Verification?

Admin will approve the address verification. If the admin decides to proceed with Sumsub verification, the admin can initiate the Sumsub address verification process.

1. Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.
2. Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of IXFI's homepage.
   
   
   
3. Click on your Account icon.
   
   
   
4. Choose the Profile option and click on the Address Verification button.
5. Click on the Start Verification button.
   
   
   
6. To start address verification, you have to enter the One-time password (OTP) of the verification methods.
7. Click on the Send Code button next to your registered email address and phone number field to get the Verification Code.
   1. Enter the Email Verification Code (If Email Authentication is enabled).
   2. Enter the Phone Verification Code (If Phone Authentication is enabled).
   3. Enter the Authenticator App Code (If the Authenticator App is enabled).
   4. Click on the Next button.
      
      
      
8. Enter the fields such as Country, Address line-1, Address line-2, Postal Code, State, and City.
9. Click on the Upload document option to upload the selected document and click on the Submit Verification button.
   
   
10. Address Verification in Progress will be the status of your IXFI trading account until the admin approves it.

11. Sumsub Address Verification triggers by admin steps 
    1. Upon successful completion, approval by admin can trigger sum sub verification if necessary. Go to the Profile tab ---> Address Verification.
    2. Click on the Complete Verification button.
    3. To start address verification, you have to enter the One-time password (OTP) of the verification methods.
    4. Click on the Send Code button next to your registered email address and phone number field to get the Verification Code.
       1. Enter the Email Verification Code (If Email Authentication is enabled).
       2. Enter the Phone Verification Code (If Phone Authentication is enabled).
       3. Enter the Authenticator App Code (If the Authenticator App is enabled).
       4. Click on the Next button.
          
    5. Select your country of residence either All countries except USA or the United States of America option.
    6. Click on the Complete button.
       
       
    7. Click on the Upload document option to upload the selected document and click on the Next button.
    8. Your verification data has been successfully submitted, click the Next button on the Status page of the Address Verification.
       
       
    9. Address Verification in Progress will be the status of your IXFI trading account until the admin approves it.
    10. Upon successful completion and approval by admin, your address information status will display on the Profile tab ---> Address Verification.
