How to ‘Change Phone Number’?

Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.
Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner on the IXFI's homepage.

Select the Profile tab, and choose the Phone Number option.
Click the Update button in the Update Phone Number section.
Enter your New Phone Number and click on the Next button.
Enter the One Time Password (OTP) of the verification method you enabled to complete the Update Email process.
Click on the Send Code button next to your current registered email address, new email address, and registered phone number field to get the Verification Code.
1. Enter the Email Verification Code (If Email Authentication is enabled).
2. Enter the Old Phone Verification Code.
3. Enter the New Email Verification Code.
4. Enter IXFI PIN.
5. Enter the Authenticator App Code (If the Authenticator App is enabled).
6. Click on the Next button.
You will get a pop-up confirmation message that you have successfully updated the new phone number of your IXFI trade account.

Mandatory to enable Security Verification for safe trading.
IXFI users can activate verification methods: Email Authentication, SMS Authentication, and an Authenticator app (such as a Google or Microsoft authentication app).
The user may experience a delay in receiving the OTP due to their telecommunication service provider.
