What is an order book?

Order books are lists of all outstanding buy and sell orders for a specific currency pair organized by price level. Order books represent the interests of buyers and sellers. Order books visualize the dynamic relationship between buyers and sellers by visualizing a list of outstanding orders for a particular asset in real-time.
