As a centralized exchange (CEX), it is imperative that we align our operations within these legal boundaries to ensure the security and legitimacy of our offerings, including the recent NFT campaign.
We’ve listened attentively to our community’s concerns regarding the clarity and transparency of the NFT campaign’s terms. The issue of restricted participation due to geographical limitations has been a pressing concern for many of you. In response, we’re excited to announce that as of today IXFI’s team had lifted the IP / geographic restrictions that IXFI had from a cybersecurity perspective – now users from different jurisdictions such as France, the UK, Denmark and so on could access the Campaign.
Regarding the positive shifts in accessibility for previously blocked IP countries, we are thrilled to communicate that barriers are being lifted, inviting more participants into our growing community. As we navigate these complex territories, we are also evaluating various pathways to inclusive participation, striving to ensure that every user, irrespective of their Know Your Customer (“KYC”) status, can join in the excitement and potential rewards of our campaigns.
While not all individuals from these countries will be immediately eligible to complete the KYC process, they will indeed have the opportunity to engage with the campaign. Our team is dedicated to devising alternative solutions for these users to claim their well-deserved prizes.
In our commitment to foster inclusivity and ease of access, based on valuable feedback received from our beloved ixfians but also from our partners‘ communities, we want to shed some light in regard to a frequently asked question that we’ve received this last days: any prize or multiple prizes of a lesser total value of $100 will be offered to every eligible user from approved countries which can interact with crypto assets – eligibility in that specific case is considering the fiscal aspect of the matter, thus any such prize(s) will be offered to any eligible winning user, even to those who’s KYC process isn’t finalized.
As part of our commitment to fairness and integrity, we are diligently validating and verifying all participants in our NFT campaign. It has come to our attention that certain practices, such as sharing or selling with intent NFTs to gain additional tickets, were identified by IXFI’s team members. Please be advised that any user found to be circumventing the rules or engaging in deceptive conduct will face exclusion from both current and future campaigns. Such measures are vital to preserve the trust and fairness of our community engagements.
